Course overview
Marketers are, without a doubt, at the frontline of constant market changes and shifting Customer expectations. Our work involves delivering real-time Customer messages while, at the same time, balancing the need to be forward-thinking and constantly on-brand.
This training program helps marketing organisations and their leaders adopt, adapt and apply the Agile mindset, team structures and ways of working to the dynamic and often-challenging marketing work, gaining adaptability, creativity and productivity in the process.
This 14-hour training workshop, already delivered in classrooms in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Wellington, is now available as a live interactive online training. Each session is a facilitated 3.5 hours learning experience delivered by experienced Agile Marketing practitioners. Each training course is delivered over a 2-week period, allowing for workplace practice in between sessions and active reflections.


Upon successful completion of this training workshop, participants will receive the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agility in Marketing certification.
