The direct impact of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) are felt in many organisations today. With rapid advancements in technology and impactful external factors, such as nimble competitors, natural environment and legislations, organisations are constantly battling with change and, in increasing frequency, crises after crises. Because of this, its leaders are ceaselessly juggling never-ending demands from customers, employees and other stakeholders including shareholders.

In this 1-day training workshop, leaders will be guided in understanding the true nature of modern corporate organisations through the lenses of Complexity Thinking and System Thinking.

We will understand why large enterprises, such as ING, Microsoft, Roche and Unilever, have restructured their organisations and traditional ways of working to adapt to natural human systems that encourages co-creation, constant learning and continuous improvements.

We will also learn why organisations are increasingly adopting Agile, design thinking and human-centric workplaces to develop innovative, resilient, productive and sustainable organisations, built for VUCA conditions.

Through learning activities and peer discussions, this 1-day training workshop is an interactive opportunity that will help organisational leaders better appreciate today's complex world conditions, re-think organisational strategies and structures and help their organisations adapt and evolve to better manage challenges posed by internal and external environments.
